“The Beatles Symphony ‘

Beatles Symphony

Forty years ago the Beatles were to exist. The Fab Four from Liverpool between 1960 and 1970 produced many albums, including the legendary Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Magical Mystery Tour . These two albums are the basis for The Beatles Symphony on Saturday, April 24 at the Vredenburg Leidsche Rijn: a musical spectacular proof that the Beatles music is still “alive and kicking” is. The Metropole Orchestra conducted by Jules Buckley permanent guest conductor guides a varied procession of mainly Dutch artists. Some are tried and tested, others have recently joined the international pop scene. The Beatles songs are specially for this concert arranged.
